Aris Papadopoulos, CEO
Titan America LLC
Aris Papadopoulos is CEO of Titan America, the US subsidiary of Titan Cement Group, a heavy building materials company headquartered in Athens, Greece. He is a member of Titan Group's Executive Committee.
Aris began his career with Titan in 1992 to develop its US business, later becoming Managing Director of Titan Atlantic (its US subsidiary) and CEO of its Roanoke Cement joint venture. In 2000, Titan Atlantic acquired Tarmac America, and became Titan America.
Aris earned Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Chemical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from Harvard. He is Chairman of the Portland Cement Association, and Co-Chaired the PCA's Sustainability and Communications Committees. He is Chair of the Concrete Joint Sustainability Initiative (JSI) and Chair of the Private Sector Advisory Group for the UN International Strategy on Disaster Reduction (ISDR). Aris has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the PCA and CTL Group.

Kevin Baird
Vice President, Cement and Aggregate Operations - Florida Business Unit
Kevin has the operations responsibility for the cement and aggregates in Florida. Prior to this, he was Plant Manager with our Roanoke Cement Plant. Kevin joined Titan America in 1999 in our Mid-Atlantic Division and served in several positions from engineering to operations management at our Roanoke Cement Plant in Virginia. Before joining Titan America, Kevin worked in the environmental field, specializing in emissions monitoring and control and business management. Kevin has a bachelor's degree in Engineering from North Carolina State University.

James D. Bittner, Sc.D.
Vice President Technology
Separation Technologies LLC
Dr. Bittner joined ST in 1994 and brings to ST nearly 30 years of international experience managing R&D, technology transfer and implementation, and manufacturing operations in the particulate chemicals and materials industries.
He is responsible for the development of process technology, equipment and new applications, and the design, construction and commissioning of new ash processing facilities.
Prior to joining ST, Dr. Bittner held various senior R&D and general management positions with Cabot Corporation, the world's largest carbon black manufacturer. He was manager of Production Services for the European Carbon Black Division, General Manager of Carbon Black Technology Division, and Managing Director of Cabot, S.A., Spain.
From his work with flame-based processes at Cabot and research at M.I.T.'s Fuels Research Laboratory, Dr. Bittner brings to ST and understanding of combustion processes. In 1984, Dr. Bittner was awarded the Silver Metal of the Combustion Institute for his research on carbon formation in flames.
Dr. Bittner earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington University, St. Louis, and a Doctor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

As President of Titan America’s Florida Business Unit, Pat is responsible for all Florida business activities, including cement, aggregates, ready-mixed concrete and concrete block.

Tom Cerullo
VP and General Manager, North
Separation Technologies LLC
Tom joined Separation Technologies in 1995 and has held roles in Operations, Sales and marketing and Business Development. Mr. Cerullo's primary focus has been on interfacing with coal burning utilities that currently utilize ST's electrostatic carbon separators to assure performance objectives are exceeded, developing future beneficiation projects within the United States, and managing the sales and marketing process for ST's beneficiated ash product, ProAsh.
A graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy, Mr. Cerullo worked aboard ocean going cargo ships prior to joining ST and has extensive experience operating high pressure boilers, steam turbines and electrical generating systems.

Randy Dunlap
President, Separation Technologies LLC and Essex Cement LLC
Randy serves as President, Separation Technologies and Essex Cement. Randy joined Titan America in 2005 as VP, ST Business Development, later serving as VP, Separation Technologies LLC & Essex Cement LLC.
Randy has more than 20 years of experience in the construction materials industry. Prior to joining Titan America, he held senior management positions at Holcim (US) Inc. most recently including VP, Marketing and VP, General Manager, Mineral Components Division and with Texas Industries, Inc. as Vice President, General Manager of United Cement Co., a previously wholly owned subsidiary of Texas Industries, Inc.
In addition to serving on the boards of several associations, Randy is the Founder of the Slag Cement Association and served as its first President.
Randy earned his BBA from the University of Iowa.

Russ Fink
Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary,

Russ Joined Tarmac America, Inc. in 1988. Following the Titan acquisition, he continued as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary where he is responsible for directing all U.S. legal affairs along with corporate environmental and property matters. Prior to joining Tarmac he worked as an attorney for Centex Corporation and Hughes & Luce in Dallas, Texas, as well as in financial management for The Upjohn Company, and the State of Michigan Treasury. Russ earned his JD and MBA from the University of Michigan and his BA from Dartmouth College.

Graham Fox
Vice President, Information Systems, Titan America LLC
Graham began his career with Tarmac Roadstone, Wolverhampton, England in 1972. In 1989 he joined Tarmac America as Director, MIS and later Vice President, MIS. Following the Titan acquisition of Tarmac America, he continued as Vice President, Information Systems where he is responsible for all computer and communications systems and services throughout Titan America. Graham earned his Bachelor’s of Science from Southampton University in England.

Don Ingerson
Vice President, Cement and Aggregates, Sales and Marketing - Roanoke Cement Business
Don is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Logistics for the Mid-Atlantic area. He currently serves on the boards of the North East Cement Shippers, the Southeast Cement Shippers, the Mid-Atlantic Concrete Paving Association, and on several committees for the Portland Cement Association and the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association. He also represents Titan America with the US Green Building Council.
Don earned his Bachelor's degree in Pre-Law from Cornerstone University in Michigan and his Masters of Business Administration from the executive program at the University of Nebraska's Omaha campus.

Hardy Johnson
Chief Government and Public Affairs Officer
As Chief Government and Public Affairs Officer, Hardy is responsible for coordinating Titan America’s company-wide government and public affairs strategies, plans and actions. Hardy joined Tarmac America, Inc. in 1990. Hardy is former President of Tarmac America LLC and Senior Vice president of the Tarmac Florida Business Unit. He is past Chairman of the National Ready-Mixed Concrete Association and past Chairman of the Florida Concrete and Products Association. He earned his MBA and BBA from Georgia State University.

Tim Kuebler
Senior VP, Florida Cement and Aggregates, Florida Business Unit
Tim has all profit and loss responsibilities for cement and aggregates activities. Tim joined the Titan America Group's Florida Business Unit in April 2003 as Vice President, responsible for the sales and marketing of cement and aggregates. He has more than 20 years experience in the cement and concrete industries and has held a number of senior level positions in Lehigh Cement in Indiana and Texas and Builder's Concrete in Indiana. Tim earned a bachelor's degree in business from the University of North Texas.

Earl G. Losier, III

Earl joined the Titan America Mid-Atlantic Business Unit in September 2008. Earl is responsible for the Titan Virginia Ready-Mix and Powhatan Ready-Mix businesses, as well as Titan America Mid-Atlantic Aggregates. Earl's industry experience spans nearly 20 years, most recently serving as Vice President/General Manager of the Delaware Region for Oldcastle Materials. He has also held management positions with Florida Rock Industries and Vulcan Materials Company. Earl earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Appalachian State University.

John A. Malcolm

John joined Titan America’s Florida Business Unit in March of 2008 with responsibilities for Tarmac Florida’s ready mix and block businesses.
John’s career in building materials included positions with Redlands, Lafarge and BASF Construction Chemicals division over the last 22 years. John earned his business degree at Towson University.

Vice President and General Manager, Separation Technologies
George joined Separation Technologies in 2011 and brings nearly 17 years of manufacturing experience in the building materials industry. George started his career at Titan Cement in Greece in 1994 and has held various technical, managerial and executive positions at Titan Cement and Titan America. For the last four years he was the Vice President of Corporate Engineering at Titan America, where he managed the implementation of major capital projects and company-wide efficiency improvement programs, and oversaw the technical, environmental, process and quality functions for TA.
George earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Patras in Greece and his Master of Science and Doctor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, MO.

Robert Sells
President, Mid-Atlantic Business Unit
Bob Joined the Titan America Florida Business Unit in June 2001 as Vice President of Florida Concrete Products and assumed the role of Mid-Atlantic Business Unit President in 2007, responsible for the Roanoke Cement Company, Titan Virginia Ready-Mix, S&W Ready-Mix and Powhatan Ready-Mix.
Bob served as Chairman of the Florida Concrete Products Association from 2004 - 2005. He earned his master's degree in Engineering and his bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Tennessee.

Bob joined Titan America in September 2005. Previously, Bob was Vice President Human Resources for Phillips Electronics in Chicago. Bob also held several senior HR positions with General Electric Company. He earned his MBA from the Citadel and his Bachelor of Science from the College of Charleston.

Bill is responsible for the S&W Ready-Mix Concrete business in the Carolinas. He has held several positions within S&W since joining the company in 1993. Bill also serves on the Executive Board of the Carolinas Ready-Mix Concrete Association. He holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Larry began his career with Tarmac America, Inc. in 1995 as Manager, Internal Audit and was promoted to Corporate Controller in 1996. Following the Titan acquisition, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Titan America LLC. Prior to joining Tarmac, he worked for Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior Manager. Larry earned his bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Virginia in 1986 and is a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia and Georgia.
