QUALITY AND SERVICE COMMITMENT
Customer
satisfaction begins with rigid adherence to quality control. Our ready-mixed
concrete, block and sand are all manufactured with the most technically
advanced equipment available. Attention is paid to the smallest detail. At
Tarmac, we believe that quality-minded people create quality products.
The concern for quality is matched by our devotion to
service. Tarmac sales representatives spend countless hours on job sites,
ensuring that production and delivery meet or exceed buyer expectations. Our
administrative and support departments continually focus on customer needs. We
routinely survey customer satisfaction and stress the values of quality and
service to our employees through training and our commitment to the Titan
Experience. At Tarmac, we always strive to improve. The process begins with a
genuine desire to provide quality and service. The result is customer
satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Tarmac History
In 1903, Mr. E. Purnell Hooley, the county surveyor of
Nottingham, England, obtained a British patent for a revolutionary new road
surfacing material made of slag and tar and named it Tarmac. From these
beginnings, the Tarmac brand has become known worldwide.
In 2000, Titan America acquired the U.S operation
of Tarmac. Today, Tarmac operates ready-mixed concrete, concrete block and sand
and transportation facilities throughout the Sunshine State. We service customers in all sectors of the
construction industry, including specifiers, contractors, developers,
municipalities, military and home builders.
